Nothing is as “horrifying” as coming home and discovering that your keys are missing. Our friendly lockout service won’t leave you “haunted” for long. Your monstrous day will greatly improve at the leasing office (during business hours) where we will lend the leaseholder another key. Who you gonna call after hours? Dial our service center at (410) 263-4787 (not Ghostbusters!) They will have you safe inside for a fee, payable upon entry.

Back by popular demand, it’s Country Fried Chicken Dinner Night in the Community Center. Please join us for a delicious meal on Monday, October 5th from 7-8 p.m. Please feel free to bring a side item or dessert to share with your friends and neighbors. Getting ready to fly the coop? If your travel plans include being out of town for an extended period, please call the office. This will allow us to be alert to unusual occurences while you are away. We also recommend that you notify your mailperson, newsperson, and all other delivery people to hold deliveries until your return. Another alternative is to ask a trusted neighbor to hold deliveries until you return. Travel safe and have a great time!
